Mr. Weon-Jae Yang, Senior Attorney at Dentons Law Firm in Korea, has joined Midwest University as a Visiting Scholar under the J-1 visa program. During his two-year stay in the United States, Mr. Yang will conduct a comparative study on corporate governance and restructuring laws in Korea and the United States. He will be based in Austin, Texas for the duration of his research. On June 25, Mr. Yang visited our main campus, where he had a courtesy meeting with the President and completed his orientation with Professor Landon Song.
